Fill out your standard liability release and membership agreement then submit your initiation fee and setup payments.
Test Your Key Fob
Finally, we'll test your key fob with you to make sure it works as expected and answer your final questions.

There are private showers and restrooms available.
Due to COVID and in the best interest of our member's safety we no longer provide towels but do provide cleaning materials for members to clean off equipment.
We clean the equipment a few times a day as well as provide sanitation wipes for members to clean the equipment after use.
Yes, free wifi is available.
Yes, drop-ins may pay $10 for single visit passes. We have weekly passes available, please contact our front desk during office hours
Yes tanning beds are available for all members for an additional $10/month.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
Fun, heart-pumping workouts in which you give one hundred percent effort through fast, intense exercises, followed by short, active, recovery periods. These safe and effective workouts keep your heart rate up and burn more fat in less time.
Core Class
This 30-minute class is a combination of balance, strength and endurance exercises for the core. Featuring isometric and dynamic stability activities to target all the muscles and functions the abdominal region should encounter!
