We pride ourselves on being a local small business, providing the people of Columbus with a down to earth gym where anyone feels comfortable about joining! Our goal is to make it so you enjoy coming to the gym. With happy faces behind the desk and in the weight room, our members and staff are welcoming to new prospects. When a new member signs up, they are automatically given access to the facility from 5am-11pm Monday thru Friday and 7am-7pm on Saturday and Sunday. This gives our members more flexible times to work out around their busy schedules (we do offer a 24\/7 membership).
